OVERVIEW 
 P15s portable plate beveling machine, designed for metal plate prep-welding, to beveling, chamfering and milling. Adopts milling process, handy feeding, small volume and light weight, carry easily, simple operation, a portable plate groove tool, the essential production equipment of nuclear industry, shipbuilding, pharmaceutical machinery, pressure vessels and other industries fields.

 
FEATURES

 1、Cold cutting, don't change the material of plate. 
 2、Angle adjustable: 30deg to 60deg. 
 3、Beveling shape: K,V, Y. 
 4、Plate thickness unlimited, maximum groove slope width is 15mm 
 5、Surface roughness: Ra3.2-Ra6.3 
 6、Can use pipeline clamp tool, to bevel the end of pipeline. 
 7、Suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, Cast iron, hard plastic, etc.

TOOLING 
 2 combination butterfly milling tool carriers, 12 embedded four-edge milling cutters. 
  

 Notes

 1.ADJUSTMENT OF CUTTING WIDTH OF BLADE

 At first, back out the fastening screw under the handle, turn the handle, lift the shell, the adjustable range of 0 to 15 ㎜.

 Our company don't advocate to adjust the cutting width more than 15 ㎜;

 In order to protect the machines and tools, each step only adjust 5 ㎜.

 Scale corresponding to 0,5,10,15 ㎜, lock screw after adjust blade cutting width.

2. ADJUSTMENT OF CHAMFER ANGLE

 At fist, back out 4 fastening screws on the left and right sides of the shell.

 Adjustable angle of 30 deg to 60 deg. The scale of the shell should be aligned with the cutter white line.

 Tighten the screw after the Angle is adjusted.

 The Angle adjustment may slightly affect the cutting width of the blade.

3. OPERATION OF MACHINE. 

 Before starting the equipment, please note that different operating modes should be used for cutting in different places.

 If you like to process from the plate edge, put the machine parallel to the plate, milling tool shall not touch the plate, (about one-third of the milling cutter touch the plate ), start switch, according to the arrow direction, move the machine.

 If you like to process from the middle of plate, put the machine parallel to the plate, milling tool shall not touch the plate, start switch, after the milling cutter cut completely, according to the arrow direction, move the machine.
